If they can't see what you own in public records then the only way they'll know is if you were already involved in a legal case and the court finds a reason to subpoena the trust.

Wow - my last occupant had me pretty irate but I am glad that I didn't get to that point.This goes to show how frustrating the courts/law can be to deal with when trying to evict someone.
