With the existing properties I buy, I am particularly attracted to duplexes, 4plexes etc on a large lot than I can eventually build on.

Perhaps they are gambling on the fact that many towns in the area have eventually done away with rent-control or have allowed renovation programs so rents could be raised?

What this tells me is that there are so many pathways to success and if you stay at it and keep your head up you will eventually find the path that fits you.I am not an expert, but I invite those who can contribute more or expand on this topic to do so because I think there are hidden topics like this one that can help so many who could use the encouragement.

When I complained to the brokerage, or if the agent eventually returned my call, they would state that I should get my agent to contact them or they would refer me to a buyer's agent in their office if I didn't have one.
