I think you hear about partnerships so much on the internet, and quite often it sounds like it's easy to set up and although the concept is not extremely difficult I stand behind everybody else's comments 100% about getting a lawyer involved.

It is an extremely lucrative field if you know what you are doing.Regarding adverse possession, that is usually not a good investment strategy in Alabama.

Fast forward a couple months, one tenant has already moved out because of her, and a second one has just informed me that she will also be moving out.The tenant of concern is very kind to me upfront, pays on time and keeps the house clean, but I can tell she’s extremely manipulative and inconsiderate of others.

They will also look at your experience in running a business/property of similar size and, if not satisfied, may insist on professional property management - though this is unlikely to occur with properties smaller than 20 - 30 units.

PS.... my parents used to rent this home and it was a childhood home from me.. so we are extremely familiar with the property. 

My goal was to break zero ASAP.By focusing on my financial net worth this helped me feel satisfied by saying no to frivolous expenses.
