I'd imagine having one with members located throughout the US would be more helpful so as to give a broader perspective.

Any boost in income is what we are looking for, like you mentioned enough money to buy my time back and get me out of the field and into the crows nest so I can look down on my business from another perspective. 

Only way to do that without going insane is create great systems, SCALE, buy over a long period of time or buy multifamily.Everyone's perspective is different based on their own goals and life situation.

Plus the easiest to understand from a landlord perspective. 

From that perspective it is a waste of time to even meet them.
