And yes, it is common to have a leak originate in your unit, and flood out numerous floors below...I think my record is only six other units, but I have heard of even more extensive damage in local highrises.If you own a condo, you MUST replace washer hoses with no-burst stainless braided hoses, and not the cheap chinese ones either!

I can't speak for other investors, but I am personally much more interested in a town like Bloomfield, where ARVs can exceed $400k and there is demand for nicer homes, but where there are also run-down properties your u can target.
