The first step in any new venture is always the most daunting, but I am motivated to take on this challenge and be successful.

The challenge is navigating the lending. 

It said, when you’re playing a game, you’re having fun because there’s a challenge or hurdle you’re trying to overcome.  

Also the local county or city can have demanding high quality finishes that run up per sq ft costs.The site specifically can have challenges that are not typical site to site that increase costs.

Phoenix is very popular and has much higher appreciation rate in the past 10 years(150% up compared to 60% in Raleigh), but its price dropped by 70% in 2008(not sure the reason), compared to Raleigh only dropped by about 15%. 

As of yesterday morning, I hit my goal about 2 months ahead of schedule.Reading, IMO, is also pretty meaningless unless you actually do something with it, apply it, and challenge yourself to grow in some way.
