Hi, working on screening my first rental applicants and I wanted to see if I should gather additional info from applicants even if I have them go through the screening on Cozy?

Open houses in my market are an invitation for nosey neighbors and fellow landlords, I don't do them.Get some nice photos, get up on Zillow, Hotpads, Cozy, Realtor, Trulia, etc. and see what comes of it.

@Rodney Wright, tearing down all the sheet rock is a huge job and probably not the best way to go about insulating, unless you have to tear it out any way.Insulation is great, but the first thing you have to do to keep a place comfortable is air seal.

Suggest that they buy a dehumidifier, use exhaust fans and keep air circulating, avoid hot showers, boiling water, change the air filters - and the like that produce moisture.
