she is a social worker i wander if that job will more likely make her take me to court because i kept her deposit.she made a lot fake complaint about things same day she informed me that she is going to leave the apartment that she doesn't feel safe there. later we find out the complaint she made are all fake as well i answer the email if there is any issue she should email me first to fixed it not complaint at same day then informed me she is going to move out next weeks.i got some crazy wave from her, what's the best aproach to deal with tenant like that?
