You should avoid using contracts found on the internet or handed to you by a buddy (or stranger!).

-tenant service recommendations... i.e. list of internet providers, utility contacts for turnover, and renters insurance providers, local amenities among other things-house rules-legal & insurance contacts for when stuff hits the fan.

The markets are cooling off so there is more wiggle room for the buyers.Lots of ways to go here… unless of course you really just want a chunk of change to go buy a boat, gamble in a casino, or go an extra extravagant vacation

We had one acre of land cleaned and cleared, added a fence around it with an elecric car gate, converted the lower level into a King Suite with kitchenette, french doors and a patio, painted, changed some vanities, added an outdoor kitchen to the gazebo, with some terra cotta tile, added solar power and internet - and so much more!
