I have seen some very good ones including an event with free food, fitness classes (YOGA as had a bigger attendance than I would have expected), cooking workshops, and arts and crafts. 

in one of my developments we went back for a water leak call within the 1 year builder warranty. the house looked like a bad tenant occupied home  You know stains in the carpets paint messed up few holes in sheet rock driveway already with big oil stains yard a mess .. and this a 450k new construction.. 

We just had a showing for a house (btw the cheapest house on the market) and told people it's oil heat, and it's an extra bill, and someone was like "that's horrible, you make your tenant pay that?"   

The good surprise was the hole in the garage he had made to maintain his cars where there was a tank of motor oil not closed which spilled all over... 

However, we can't make heads or tails of the property tax rates on the Cook County Assessor's website.According to the assessor's office, the market value is $94,020.

Hey @Steven Cook,I have gone door to door since the day I got into the business.

I am in the process of switching my oil furnace properties over to propane heat so the individual tenants can have their own propane accounts and pay for their heat.

All of those sites that tell you they have up to date accurate preforeclosure (Not public) information is selling you snake oil or, breaking rules, if not laws.

There are many cooking appliances that aren't stoves and you probably need to read what is allowed vs what is not allowed.

But if you had 2 separate HVACs, the problem would be solved.Also smells, when they cook, I smell it, and vice versa.
