You'll have trouble finding conventional financing (i.e. prime rates, Freddie/Fannie backed mortgages) as you are essentially immediately taking out a second mortgage, increasing the LTV above 80%, and worsening your DTI ratios.That said, I did exactly that with a local credit union.
