I was not really interest in “flipping” or real estate, although I do enjoy watching various television programs about buying, selling, flipping and remodeling property.

I too am interested in Architect as Developer as I have been watching Jonathan Segal do this for a long time and doing some amazing work.

Since then I've been voraciously devouring the BP Podcasts while working out or driving anywhere, as well as watching the Webinars when time permits.  

What gotchas or things should  I watch for in the industry out there in 2015?

I watched lots of YouTube videos about wholesaling and none of them were from the Uk.

This will be a metric to watch as the year continues as one of the indicators for buyer competition.

I wouldn't be invading their space or privacy in any way nor actually watching the thermostat from my phone neurotically, but could easily switch to the app once in a while to check. 

Just like everything else in life, get started, keep honing those skills (i.e. keep reading, keep learning, keep attending the meetups) and watch yourself get better and better witch each property you buy.I hope this helps and good luck on your real estate journey!
