After months of searching for properties I've identified a multi-family that perfectly fits my criteria but due to life events (getting married and my future wife and I bought a primary residence) I'm short of the typical 20% down payment that most lenders are requiring since I will not be occupying the property.

Whether it’s Real estate, stocks, or a small business each one of those sectors will get you into the “1%” of life.

My wife and I are in our late-40s and looking to retire from corporate life in the next 5-8 years and I am looking for my next adventure!

With an FHA loan you will have mortgage insurance for the life of the loan With a conventional loan the mortgage insurance will drop off when you have 20% equity in the home.

With an FHA loan you end up with mortgage insurance on top for the life of the loan.
