They'd also be in charge of paying for maintenance, occupancy taxes, booking/marketing, etc., so it could be an easy way to take away the risk of self-managing or even working with a traditional PM.

I reckon I'm going to regard tenants as my focus until I have an acceptable occupancy level and improved cash flow, at which point I will be better positioned to think about expansion and further investment.Thaks for all the valuable input!

From what I saw over the past year, unless someone can show me otherwise, is that properties are being sold to owner occupants and not speculators.
