Save all the money you make doing that until you have your own cash to make the deals work for you.When you get enough cash, you can work the deal without giving a huge chunk of the profits to someone else.

My comment to them was, I use my money to make more money and don't buy things I don't need or can't resell for a profit.Don't get me wrong, I have fun and enjoy life, but I always try to find a way to have someone else pay for the things I want!

If you'd rather be working on something else, another deal or what have you, then give someone free / reduced rent.
