I have contacted the lawyer who setup the trust and I have a feeling that they will charge me a hefty fees for this.Is there another simpler way of getting the refinance done in my name and then filing a deed to move the title back in the name of the trust.

There was no comingling of funds, it was a legitimate loan - so much so that you personally paid the taxes on the interest income. 

Comments in the basic realm of  'what are  your rates,' Can I refi my house,' and my favorite 'what do you  charge.'

Not cheap at all, not easy, the granite people will charge you a fortune for the work and most handymen won't touch it.So you should probably pull the vanity top (if it is a top and not part of a long slab) and put in a new one, pull the whole vanity if you have to.

They all want to over charge for work and especially if they know you are in a bind/crisis.

Hi Everyone,I was helping a client find a rental in the metro west area outside Boston and I noticed real estate agents who owned and managed the units they are listing were charging a brokerage fee to the potential tenant (my client) to move in to their home.I thought this was weird because why would an agent want to collect a fee from their potential tenant on top of first, last & security.

Is this even possible and would the realtor in charge be aware of whats going on?

We are going to continue property management with the company they're currently using, and they do not charge a placement fee for tenant turnover (!!!)
