Maybe an American expat living in Portugal?

I mean, if you take an honest and comprehensive look at society and all the places where a racket exists and we all go along with it, it's pretty staggering really.

The Present In society today and as one grows throughout life, although academic achievement still matters, the main benchmark for success is financial prosperity.

I know it sucks that you would be held responsible but that is how is usually plays out in our sue happy society.

If you change the basis fundamental's. say normalize a 50yr mortgage and society adopts such as the "new norm", well now much higher sold prices have a new support foundation, it's not a bubble. 

Banning, fining or penalizing entities that own more than 100 rental homes is un-American.

Im personally a fan but I dont think most Americans are.

The problem is that you can't actually buy a residential toilet in American that goes higher than 1.6 gpf these days.So go to a salvage store and look for an old toilet with a really big tank that can do 3.5 gpf.

So during my research I came across JW Warf from American Note Warehouse and his partial note business and education.My experience with JW and ANW, American Note Warehouse, has been a positive one so far.
