Hi all, I am about to purchase a condo in New York for about $150k, tried td bank and 30 year fix rate is about 4.125% with application fee of $950.

I have a mortgage at $54k and a propety worth upwards of $165k. I'd love to start the process of refinancing, however, ere there institutions, who you can work with, to obtain an appraisal prior to paying the refinanc...

The biggest question is if my rehab costs will be too much (it looks like some buidlings on property are beyond repair), in which case i would negotiate just the land portion of it, and start putting up tiny A frames for rentals, make nice little community area, build a sauna etc and create ambiance and demand that is not found in regular type of hotel environments in upstate new york. 

New York has a publishing requirement for all LLCs, local or foreign, where you have to proclaim your business in two or three local publications for six weeks before you can become a good standing LLC in NY.

I am not sure on New York, but this is what an asset searcher would search.Most people use their attorney.

If the LLC files within the State of New York and has NYS sourced income/(loss), you will have a filing requirement in NY.

I have a few questions for anyone in New York or anyone that knows NY laws.
