We are looking to have the kitchen cabinets in one of our Scottsdale apartments replaced. 

"The unit cools to 72 or 73 and then won't go any lower, and it's brutal when I bake cookies in the kitchen!!! 

Place does not seem to need any work (based on photos) except kitchen appliances.

Hey Guys,My name is Michael Kitchen.

The second home is 3 bedroom,1.5 bathroom and 1,090sqf .it needs a new kitchen and bathroom renovation and carpet.

The owner is the daughter of the couple who past and they want 195,000 it has 2br,2bath full basement,fenced yard needs no work but kitchen and bath could definitely use upgrades but could definitely be a turn key or rental seems like a no a no brainer however comparables in the area are 149 to 173 and those have full remodels done and most have 3br there about 30% above price on zillow(i know thats just an estimate) the one thing that really stands out is that the house is directly behind the train tracks so location is whats causing the home to be not sold with that high price any advice to help me close this would be fantastic thank you 

I have a few questions for you @Chelsey Martin:1) How is the water pressure at the kitchen sink?

I'd like to get an estimate for a total rehab of a 900 sf row home....new roof, elec, plumbing, floors, drywall, kitchen, etc.

We put laminate wood flooring in all of houses and tile in kitchen and baths.

Look at it not as a loan, but the cash from it as a part of the rehab...like the new floor, kitchen, etc...and the points and monthly interest charge is just the cost of the money.
