Now that he beat the beast and that he is back in shape, i started to dreaming about financial freedom  again.I had inherited from 20 000$a décennie ago from a close friend of the family who didn't had any children, and loved my dad and i like his own son and grandson.

Regardless, my long term goal is to become a buy and hold "expert", ultimately have 7 properties by the time im 37 (26 now) and have true financial freedom.

In addition I've been told you must get at least 3 different proposals for the work.Besides for those two points it seems to me that you have the freedom to use whomever you like.

I work with Freedom Mortgage, an approved SONYMA lender. we have a 640 fico threshold for FHA PLUS.

For a single family home in a cooperative town this can all be done in a year, for a high rise in downtown the process can take more than 5 years.My best advice is to be very specific in what you need and find an architect that specializes in that occupancy type (retail, office, healthcare, etc.).

I do understand that this means I will need to find an excellent deal, because it will eat up a lot of profit.I have seen people talk about their freedom#, and I would feel comfortable at around 2x my current salary, so I know this will most likely take years to accomplish.Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I am looking forward to communicating with many of you.
