My short answer is no.I can't imagine the turnover problem with 400 1 bedroom apartments.If this were a 10 unit building I would consider it... especially if there were organizations trying to get the homeless off the streets.

I would imagine it would be in bank best interest as well as mine to keep the loan similar otherwise they would have to write off $91K because that is what I still owe on the loan.

If its in a park and the owner is paying lot rent, I can't imagine its worth anywhere near $55K.Before you even consider buying, you need to do some research and try to figure out a true value.
