Now, this is for New York City.

Being that this is New York, I know the permitting can be a challenge - I have looked up the zoning and it is R6, so I don't anticipate there being any zoning issues.

Good afternoon,I am an investor located in New York.

Question for anyone who knows anything about the local areas of Saratoga Springs, Gansevoort, and the Town of Wilton in Upstate New York and their STR regulations. 

The most recent that stands out was in 2003 and was due to an issue in Ohio, that did trigger a blackout that hit new York city which A) sits on an ocean, b) has a very high load c) has much of its power supplies being imported from pretty large distances. 

I wish I could find something in New York and get an FHA loan but everything is either overpriced or on the decline.
