This is a steep learning curve (managing bad tenant) compares to my full time professional.I spend a lot of time reading and listening podcast/audio book regarding how to acquire properties that cash-flow with good cash-on-cash, different method to try to finance and investing strategy, but I fail to put any education time in place for tenant management.
