I currently have both on short term rental platforms and have been doing reasonably well the past 5 years.  

@Cody Stuck Cozy is popular here but there are a number of other platforms out there that are worth checking out (Innago being just one of them - Avail and Tenant Cloud are also popular).Cozy is good but fairly limited.

The reason I suggested $600k being saved in the next 7 years is just because I don’t know exactly how dedicated she is to saving at least $100k a year of her income.

I have dedicated time to listen and take notes on the suggested books on BP.

I post the early morning wake ups and the late night work.I have been featured on a couple podcast and have been interviewed on different platforms.

Which of course would need to be in writing and disclosed.Your platform fee to your buyer could in theory be whatever you make it and would be paid by buyer.Wholesaler really loses because 1 there’s no intent to execute the offer given.

What you get in terms of future access to support will vary, and while price is not always an indicator of quality, who is going to be able to dedicate resources to you years down the road if you only paid $500 or so?  

How do you build a strong buyers list and what platform would be most beneficial in connecting potential buyers with properties as a wholesaler?
