It does say separate entrance, but it's unclear if it's a shared entrance then separate 1/1 units that are fully self contained.

It's indicative of a lower quality service, which will end up manifesting in other areas (PM, customer service, payment times) even if the property itself is fixed up.

But that guy had problems, left him and started working for a Custom Luxury Home builder in Dallas, where I got to see a lot of really cool homes. but I never felt like I was REALLY doing anything, just fetching tools and riding along for the most part.

But a lot of times the best move is just for the  buyer's agent to hit up the listing agent and find the seller's pain points, and customize the offer to that.

Likewise a call to any of the local news stations investigative reporters.A TV news story about a real estate investor screwing the proverbial little old lady (no offense intended) will get a lot of eyeballs.I don't know that you'll have much success going after the contractors as you were not their customer. 

They usually have the best installation prices and as long as the material isn't overpriced (remember, you have to buy all HD material for them to install),  you should walk away a happy customer.
