Clearly is not a secured real estate financing agreement, it is a scheme that effects the same out come.Pre-financing schemes are not new, if any financing or installment payment provides the right to purchase an asset in the future such will still be seen as an installment sale.Another comment in anticipation of future comments; attorneys are certainly trained to look to intent of laws, they are also trained in seeking loopholes, technical aspects that provide some other door to evade capture.

At least on a regular basis you see real estate agents, companies provide free training, and the best of all, real investors that I may get to work for thus learn from.

I live about 1/4 mile from some active train tracks, never been an issue and people who stay over often comment that they didn't hear the train in the night.

I attended a seminar a few months ago I knew they were going to try and sell me something by the end of the meeting, so im waiting for it and I was right 5 minutes before it was over they were selling a 3 day "training camp" on wholesaling, rehabbing, and buying and holding, it was $1200 but if you bought it that day they took off 1000 so it would be $200 I had 50 dollars to my name and I was kinda upset so I went up to talk to the guy and said all i had was 50 dollars, and there would be no way i come come up with $1200 so i asked to put the 50 down payment and let me pay the rest off before the training camp!

Most of the speakers (though not all) I heard the first day did not spend the majority of their time pushing their products, but they did spend a few minutes saying things like "my company does X, Y, Z" and we have a training program coming up in DC on these days for this price.
