People are likely to stay longer if they have them as well.One of the key things that I look at when evaluation potential purchases, is the ability to add the washer and dryer. 

This would also give you the ability to blog and the amount of plugins available for this software are nearly limitless.On the other hand, if you have excellent experience with PHP and CSS, Drupal would be my preference.
