In the midst of putting together a property management company in NJ and am wondering what other PM's generally do.I have always been a stickler for duplicate documentation in both physical folders as well as on servers/ cloud.  

I'm presuming you are referring to the geographical area where I can physically inspect properties and make decisions on lending?

That was just for a general physical inspection, no special trades.

Houses are physical structures that depreciate and decay over time.

Example below using a 10-18 lens.I have the same 10-18. nice little lens for crop sensor bodies. few tips, pull your composition in and lower the focal length so you don't have the lens distortion on the outers. make sure your lines are straight. also, use off camera flash so you don't get the blown out windows.OP - Real estate photography can be a huge benefit, but it's takes quite a bit of technical proficiency.

Looking at a 6-unit tomorrow and one of my first questions is whether I can sub-divide one or two of the existing 4-bdrm units into 2 1-bdrm units (both physically and from a zoning perspective)
