It is brutally hard mentally not physically but keep in mind you can do very well. 

Another option would be if your accountant (or other professional) would agree to have your business license information registered to their physical address and files are certainly stored there.   

So financing in your name and the actual physical property itself in the LLC name.

This includes purchase, rehab, and closing/selling costs.The property must have a 70% ARV for my private lender to fund.My contractor and I must be able to get physically into the property to inspect it.
