Luckily my credit before the short sale was excellent, and I had very few credit accounts with balances before this that are settled n resolved now, so I suspect once the short sale goes through my score will jump much higher than it is now.

Disclaimer - I have not made it to the Baltimore REIA yet (heard it's great) and the RealDeal ( which I know is run in part by the same gentleman who runs the BWI Meetup so I know it has to be excellent (and FREE)).I know it's far for Andrew (Havre de Grace) - I would definitely suggest the Real Deal Meetup in Arbutus (and it's on a Saturday as well - bonus!)
