Not sure about central MA specifically but a lot of the MA and NH markets can be pretty expensive, so if that's the case just know the purchase prices, rehab budgets, etc will be bigger numbers than a lot of the cheaper markets discussed on the podcast.

It will be much, much cheaper than traditional indirect geothermal because they are allowed to bury the copper lines with coolant directly in the soil!
