You can only do that once per 12 months and if you miss the 60-day window, it is a taxable distribution including penalties if you are under age 59 1/2.  

If it is a very expensive car maybe a better plan would be to sell the car, buy something cheaper and use the leftover to invest interest free????

As far as the 2nd question it’s really a judgement call if you think another contractor can finish faster and/or cheaper really depends on how bad this guy is.

Not sure about central MA specifically but a lot of the MA and NH markets can be pretty expensive, so if that's the case just know the purchase prices, rehab budgets, etc will be bigger numbers than a lot of the cheaper markets discussed on the podcast.

It will be much, much cheaper than traditional indirect geothermal because they are allowed to bury the copper lines with coolant directly in the soil!
