Hi @Wes Wendler - I started out wholesaling on Oahu to get my feet wet, establish some credibility, increase my knowledge of the business and local market and build my confidence.

Our goal is to try and do a couple flips first to establish some capital and then invest in some buy and hold.

Setup Business Structure and begin establishing business credit. 

Hoping for lower rates is a long-term game meant only for economic pessimists who know the fact that the world is doomed will come to light fairly shortly.

Sometimes it's all fun and games, but the real growth comes when you keep at it even though it's uncomfortable and so not fun.

I have a well-established job and a plan to how I would pay her back in due time. it would be strictly a loan from her.

My ultimate goal is to create streams of passive income, this is as much about the love of the game as it is money.
