So we followed orders, I unintentionally ended up leaving my JansPort backpack inside of my friends vehicle in the passengers side which i always hold my wallet and other necessities that i refuse to fill up my pockets with to prevent overloaded pockets, so while we are standing in front of the cop car, the officer walked over to where I was (passengers side) of the vehicle searched and raised his hand in the air and said "Look what I found in the black Jan-Sport, a piece of marijuana" and I automatically rejected to the fact and said "thats impossible officer I have not had possession nor smoked marijuana in months if not longer and theres just no possible way you could of found that in there.

Always some uncertainties in their mind when there is changes in management/ownership- To learn about the tenants ahead of time and set plan of action after the close (ie, to keep or to kick them out :-))- To learn about the property that inspection might not uncover ...The first day of the close, I knock at the doors (and/or call first) to introduce myself, with the following:- Walk thru the property with tenant and note down inputs and existing issues- A nicely prepared folder containing: + A simple letter stating change of ownership with my contact info + The existing lease agreement I got from seller + A full sheet of sticker for my mailing address (PO Box).

Their lifestyle does not afford them the freedom to do so.Effectively, just like being dependent on your employer for a paycheck limits you as to the hours you are able to devote to your own pursuits, the more you are dependent on other people (or the government), the less FREE you are.You begrudge them for their hair and nails, I feel sorry for them that this is the only type of luxury they will ever experience and that they are happy being in the little box that they trapped themselves into.

Most of the private loans I get (which comprise most of the loans I get, in general) don't come with a personal guaranty, so the property is all the lender can take if I were to stop paying.The Non-recourse loans really seem like a great deal, I've done a bit of searching and it seems a lot are tied to self directed IRA's.
