Looking back I lacked detailed training, systems, screening, and back end help, but still I don't have a desire to have a multi-crew construction company.With that, my question comes to those of you who have been around the block with long distance investing.  

many folks who enter real estate training space simply never follow up on what they learn..

There are more multi family properties up there at half the cost and if you work in DC, close to metro, the train comes from Baltimore and goes right to Union Station.
