How to look up details of the property?

Without having a ton of detail, I would say don't fret if the first one you look at isn't the one, keep searching, but also know that no deal will be perfect.

I'm sure this has been discussed but I wanted to share a few details about my situation and get some advice on how would I best go about financing a deal.

That said, Advanta does have a good reputation and track record - just an angle to look into that someone new to the concept would not even think to consider.As an IRA provider, they would be OK for relatively static investments that do not involve a lot of transactions. 

However, I made sure all the pertinent details were still the same. 

I can go into more detail but wanted to see if this will work.
