Plenty of people can do that now. 

People are touring and signing leases the same day because of the urgency to live somewhere.

It really just sounds like what people typically call a house hack.

That's not a guarantee - some of those people may be breaking the law too - but it gives you a good idea where to start. 

Add in Trump, who printed 3 Trillion and mailed to people with his name on the checks just 5 years ago, and the Bond market has been guessing higher inflation risk component.
