Not sure what you are referring to when you say "two properties a year get you tagged, and you lose many of the tax advantages" Remember to set up your "key words" and post a picture as soon as you can.

Be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like multifamily, Massachusetts , Rehab, etc ) so you'll be notified that those words were mentioned in the forums and can jump into those conversations!
