You can outsource managing a rental, although you ALWAYS should spend a couple of hours a month managing your PMC.Regarding the specific "deal", you'll want to do a LOT more research before pursuing.- Theoretically, you could get it under contract for $85k and then post it here for assistance on the analysis.
