I am more of an emerging developer, have a decent portfolio and a full time job, but enjoy talking real estate and paying it forward. 

Fully renovated rentals under $150K, landlord-friendly laws, and teams built around out-of-state investors.

You can outsource managing a rental, although you ALWAYS should spend a couple of hours a month managing your PMC.Regarding the specific "deal", you'll want to do a LOT more research before pursuing.- Theoretically, you could get it under contract for $85k and then post it here for assistance on the analysis.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I usually try to caution people that real estate is more of a get rich slowly process.  

Lots of investors locally have better access to deals than out of towners.
