Aside of things like properly identifying parties, property, competence of the parties, mistake, fraud, meeting of the minds, etc, there are three essential elements required to form a binding contract:Offer - one party offers to sell, lease, or otherwise transfer ownership of an item to a buyer.Acceptance - the other party accepts the first party's offer.

The other units I have not seen, my strategy is to go and put it in this initial offer letter that I can back out if I don't like the other 3 units (since I can't see them until they accept an offer).

I have run scope of work on projects I submit offers on and had them not get accepted and yes it was a lot of time but it helps be get comfortable with numbers.

It was accepted but they want proof of financing first.

It even shows you comps for other STRs nearby and you can pick and choose which comps you want to accept based on the amenities the properties share.
