The City Manager and Police Chief throw up their arms and say there's nothing they can do.Due to the low cost of living in areas such as Redding, many of the homeless and ex cons make their way there to live off their government subsidies.

The one accurate thing I have found the IRS to publish is the amount of time they estimate educating and filing a form will take at the beginning of each set of instructions - some of them cite 40 hours and I've found that to be about right the first time around - the second time is much faster.Thanks federal and state government!

Whatever your feelings are about debt for yourself, a great concept to recognize is that other people will indebt themselves enormously (and banks and the government and family members will assist those people in indebting themselves) for the purpose of buying a place to live.
