Now I just stay away from in ground oil tanks.

Apparently they are both heated via large gas stoves in the kitchen (i.e. the stoves are old fashioned and are supposed to be used for cooking and heating). 

They have thick wood floors and I just paint them with an oil based floor paint (thank you to Mike OH for the suggestion).

PS, stocks don't seem appealing to me right now, it seems like the market is going crazy up and down based on oil and unstable Asian trends.

However soon the stock market will top and the stagflation will set in, thats when it will be wise to pull out before everyone else does (or at least put my money back into RE, gold, oil and other commodities that appreciate with inflation).

Oil is dropping in value too.

It'd be nice if there was a guru who discusssed the equity issue in their courses..Preston Ely doesn't..Steve Cook doesn't..Vena doesn't... and then people wonder why wholesaling is so difficult....if you're not getting the whole picture, your business will suffer..

If Obama does anything that the market perceives as limiting the supply of gas (stops or eliminates off shore drilling or puts a ban on new oil refiners) or to increase the demand for corn (ethanol subsidies), then this mess will get worse.
