Looking for some advice on solar companies.

I found this on lonestarlandlaw.com: "If challenged by the tenant/buyer, a judge may examine the totality of the circumstances, including the intent of the parties, and declare that the arrangement is a de facto executory contract.

After recently reading the DE Pest and Bugs code, it sounds like the owner's only responsible for pests before renting, but after it's rented(free of pests) it becomes the Tenant's responsibility.

Most of our properties are in Cecil County, but some of the investors who attend are also in Newark/Wilmington Delaware area.
