I absolutely agree, if I instruct a stockbroker to buy shares and they do not perform, I cannot expect the stockbroker to refund me.

The plumber can be instructed to fix all of those things for the price of one call.   

This poses a problem for soap manufacturers trying to recruit top talent from outside the region.  

I offered to contact the manufacturer of the current system to pay for a replacement remote and the reprogramming of all the keys.

Manufactured homes are a different story. 

My suggestion would be to design everything in an Excel spreadsheet, call it software, and sell it with instructions on how to fill it out. 

Talk to your bank to see if they have a form or instructions.

Depending on local law, the LL might be represented by an attorney, or not, but either way the proceedings are much more informal and essentially you each make your statement and provide your evidence to the Judge, and the Judge may ask questions or give instructions.
