@Alicia Hall have you compared advantages/disadvantages of being in a community vs getting a tiny house on your own land?

perhaps the party with the child was not qualifiable.Maybe the new listing specified a BR + an office.Could there be rules that an owner occupied triplex does can be more selective than larger multi families

Depending on what you are looking for e.g commercial/small multi, SFH and flips the other realtors on this thread could be a better fit as I am pretty selective on the clients I take on but my staff works with investors at every stage of investing from their first rental to ground up new construction.

Now that my Mom will be moving into the "in-law suite" at my home, I have a dilemma between rehabbing the rowhome and putting it up for rent, or trying to take advantage of the hot market (the Zestimate is higher than the purchase price) and getting it off my hands.
