If we cannot convince her to sell, what can we do with this asset? 

I currently do not have any money in the market.I’ve been weighing my options for investing for retirement and wanted to hear from others who are solely relying on physical real estate, or those who also have investments in the stock market.I guess my question is this: Based on this information, is it worth me maxing out a roth IRA or should I just focus on my business and real estate?

I'd also ask to see the appraisal from a few years ago and, personally, if I decided to go through with this deal I'd do it without a partner.
