It would be helpful if you defined your goals (cash flow, appreciation, etc.), plans for the property (long-term rental, short term rental, etc.), and the projected numbers (income, acquisition costs, expenses, CapEx).

Most investors would not do this proposed deal on many points but most would know that you would not buy the property back but you would move on to other profitable investments to turn over cash for higher investment potential properties.
