Have you verified their license and tried to research them to ensure they don't have 50 1-star reviews, ethics complaints, etc?

I'm considering using their property management services, but I am seeing a lot of 1-star reviews online.

(Possibly a state by state issue) Scott  pop on to Dominion lending in Baltimore city they have a rock star website and at the bottom of the first page as required by law you will see all the states they are licensed in .. and those states are the ones that require the license.
