So, my simple question is for a recommendation for a company that works with investors and business owners and knows to look at all the tax returns not just one of them. 

I find newer investors are leery to work with agents because they think they will take a piece of their deals in some way, but those relationships can be super beneficial to everyone. 

One of the biggest hurdles for new investors?

It is a great market but highly recommend partnering with an agent who knows the market and has experience dealing with investors as location is key. 

I would check the events page in your area for meet-ups on BP, I would check for local meet-ups in meetup.com, and I would get coffee with as many investors on this site that are in your area as you can to get the ability to showcase what you are willing to bring to the table for them.
