Have you seen if thats been an indicator of a financially sound tenant trying to get a deal or someone trying to pay for more than they could afford?

You can never read enough, so become a student of the books you read and the BP podcasts you listen to.When I re-read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki a few months ago, it made me realize even more how much real estate can become a wealth building financial strategy.

Make sure you get an inspection, make sure you get the financials and understand where the problems are (problems = money when you fix them)  low rents, vacancy, those are my favorites. 

The reason I'm asking is because I'm currently looking mainly in the southeast for an apartment community in the 50 - 100 unit range to syndicate prior to the end of 2019 and want to make sure I'm taking into account all possible markets if the financials, location and the exit makes sense.

I am getting investment financing for 6% interest with new penn financial which is shell mortgage as well as quicken loan.
