I self manage my rentals here but I know numerous hosts in the area who have made a business out of being a host on airbnb for investors in the area.   

@Derek Larson you haven’t had any issues with the “hosted stays” provision?

My good friend @Aaron Smith and I host a once a month meet up, once things return to normal. 

Lease expire 07/31, but they have abandoned the property and allegedly moved out turned off AC, water etc.. and it’s trash everywhere,disgusting and mold and insects are building up.

In their reviews the guests mention the train, either that they can hear it and it is not bad or that they can hear it as described in the host's listing.

There is also the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) which hosts concerts and shows.

We've house hacked the primary hosting mid-term and have been relatively successful.

These laws outline the licensing requirements (if there are any) to lend in that state, who your borrowers need to be in order to remain compliant with keeping a license or not requiring one, what the upper limits of your loan terms can be for interest rate, fees and points, and a whole host of other considerations.

There are about 6-8 prime communities that offer the best amenities and homes that have the size host large families/groups.Hope this helps.
